Three Full Bottles Standing On the Ground ?

As I walked through Savigny Platz what should I see in front of me but three full  bottles still in their carry tray and seemingly unopened .Empty cans etc we have all seen , odd gloves and shoes as well , but never have I come across three full bottles of beer sitting in the middle of the pavement.
Maybe the owner had drunk the other three and was a tad  tipsy hence  he or she forgot these . Curious , suspicious , who can say .
