Lazy afternoon.

We returned from our mini holiday, well actually one night away! We headed off to see our pals Mr and Mrs W who we had not seen since the wedding. I'm surprised they ever want anymore contact with us after their week of slavery here prior to the big day!

We had a very lovely evening feasting on marinated boned and rolled leg of Venison. It was delicious and so tender. . Must try this one sometime.

They had just returned from France and had kindly picked up some wine for us,(another reason we needed to see them!) so we returned well stocked with wine! Now ready for Xmas!

A very wet and miserable day weather wise so on our return Mr Tbay lit the fire and enjoyed a lazy late afternoon. I also joined him. Just lovely!
