The Red Book. No, not this is your life...well, actually, yes, but nothing to do with Eamon Holmes or whatever his name was. This is your life after spinal cord injury. I was given a copy of this handy pocket sized book after I was paralysed in a motorbike crash in 1996. It contains info about spinal cord injury, how it can affect you, and how you manage those effects. Literally, a book to live by. If only all answers were as easy to find.
