Among the Lupins

Katya and I headed out first thing this morning.  We went to Bremner Bay, and found the lupins in full bloom.  It was such a beautiful still scene.  

It has been a hot day, reaching the +27C that was forecast.  I went to Croquet this morning, and the 26 of us found the temperature very warm indeed.  We all had close games, which is what it is all about.  2 up and 1 down for me.  I kept out of the sun this afternoon, and let's hope it cools down a bit before heading off to bed tonight.
