Berries

We had a brief respite from the rain this afternoon when I was able to walk round the garden -  there's not much left.  We have a few roses of course, but I've blipped so many that I was pleased when I spotted these berries, complete with rain drops.

I booked a trip to New York this morning for May next year; I've mentioned before that Jack doesn't travel well these days and so I've taken him up on his suggestion that I go with Joanne (our eldest).  It's the miserable weather that's encouraged me to sort it out, but now it's booked I'm dithering;  fingers crossed that I will have calmed down by the time May arrives.
