3rd door of the Advent Calendar

Time of the Advent Calendar!

Very popular phenomenon in Finland. An advent calendar can be traditional cardboard calendar with lovely pictures in it's numbered doors, or it can include any nice little surprice.
The Advent Calendar ends to the 24th dec as it is the day, when Santa Claus starts his journey from his home from northern Finland and brings the presents.

Today I like to share you the finnish heavy musicians' beautiful song Tulkoon Joulu. These talented artistis have played this old and sentimental finnish christmas carrol to support young people's mental health work.
(And yes - I am sorry as the video in the link does not include beautiful prinsesses, but rough finns, men, who show their talent and softness even as the shield seems to be hard as a rock. Hope you like the song, however!)
These artists again will have a great tour this year, as they will have four concerts in small cities and towns in Finland - all concerts will be held outside the Helsinki area.

In the blip there is a christmas tree of Tampere in the end of Kauppakatu. The Old Church is there behind it. And as normally, there is only few pedestrians. As we had these few snowy days some days ago, you can see the rough sand in the ground. A reason why I can not ride a bike anymore. These can even break your tyres, if you have normal summer tyres, as I do.

If you want to join the Advent Calender challenge, welcome!
I know at least two other blippers from Finland who is joined already. The challenge is hosted by Marinakari the blipper.

Let's use #joulukalenteri to tag all the challenge photos "doors", so it is easy to find them. The word "Joulukalenteri" is Finnish word for Advent Calender.

Let's wait Santa Claus togheter!
Susanna
