Bassai Dai

Bassai Dai was always one of my favourite kata, and I re-learnt it last weekend. The opening move is a wonderful strong one (the whole kata, the name of which can be taken to mean "to penetrate a fortress", is a very strong one), and here it is (my left hand is not quite right: should be flatter on the right forearm - though I've realised that I had not quite settled into stance when the shutter clicked, hence the motion in the hair and right hand, and perhaps my slightly angled hips and the left hand not quite flat).
