Blipfoto Forever

We were so busy seeing if Ozzie would like his new ride, that we forgot the parking pass, the towel for Ozzie's muddy feet, and most of the other items that were shifted yesterday from the venerable Beemer to an elegant bag provided by the Benz dealer.

Although the space in back for Ozzie is smaller, he seemed quite happy back there and the red color suits him nicely. We have now baptized the new car with muddy footprints inside and out (well, i did  wipe off Ozzie's from the rear bumper when I put in the towel)  and at least know how to start and stop, lock and unlock the car and run the radio . Not too much of a stretch since most of that occurs when one touches the door handle….

I am encouraged by information passed to me by my Edinburg blip friend. Unfortunately Americans are not eligible to buy shares in the new community, but I am sure somebody is working very hard to remedy that. I know a lot of people have been aware of, or suspecting that all was not well with Blipfoto. I am grateful to those who are working hard to resurrect it and put it on firmer footing. The fact that it has continued this long with nobody at the helm is a testament to the basic strength of the people that make up Blipfoto.. I have faith that such a unique group will find a way to continue.

Many of you will remember the "Blipfoto Forever" project. I offer it today as a reminder of all the wonderful people who participated. and as an encouragement to those who are on the fence to take a leap of faith.
