SAUTEED LIVER

Could be I've blipped this before - never mind hey?

1/2 a pound of heifer's liver, cleaned & cut up into almond sized pieces 
1/2 tablespoon grated green ginger
3/4 teaspoon milled black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
4 crushed cloves of garlic
1 dessertspoon lime/lemon juice
Enough salt

Put all that together & let it marinade for an hour or so

Then enough butter to cover the bottom of a 12" frying pan - high heat 'til the butter begins to smoke - then bung in the marinated liver & stir like mad for no longer than a long minute!

Absolutely delicious!!
