They Won!

The Portland Timbers faithful will be partying hearty tonight and possible all week long, as our American Soccer Team won the National Championships today in Columbus, Ohio.   They will come back to Portland, have a parade and I'm sure there will be a large turnout as Portland has become quite the Soccer city.  Then the team members will disperse to their various countries of origin as I doubt any of them live in Portland full time.  Congratulations Portland Timbers!
