Smokey 1450 hr (Sunday 6th December 2015)

Still Smokey's favourite daytime hang-out at the moment. He could of course sit on the other arm rest, the chair back or even the seat of the armchair itself, but he always selects the same spot - until one day, as with so many other favoured places, he will one day shun it and never sit there again.

Lozarhythm Of The Day:
The Zutons - Valerie (2006)
The Zutons (from Liverpool) were named from Zoot Horn Rollo, guitarist in Captain Beefheart and the Magic Band, and this single got them onto Top Of The Pops in 2006. The song was of course later taken up by Amy Winehouse. As I chose the first CD in my Artist A-Z section for the previous blip, I thought I would pick something from the last. I especially like the saxophone (by Abi Harding) on this.
