Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas

Sorry I missed my own blipday but thanks for all the kind remarks and reminders, much appreciated.

We had an uneventful trip from Kielder in the best of the weather yesterday, and judging by todays reports we were very lucky to get away at all.

We have been a bit Christmas today and got the tree from our local supplier, then Mrs R. did all the hard, creative work of making it grow from a Christmas twig to a fully formed, belighted and bedecked Christmas extravaganza.

I helped too.......
