Candlestick Fungus

Also known as candlesnuff fungus or stag's horn fungus.

Found this today in our little woods - growing on a moss covered tree stump. It is about 3 cm tall - my entry for Tiny Tuesday!

Shot taken looking up at 45 degrees - to try and isolate it from the vegetation in the background and make it show against the sky.
