Behind Bars

Still no joy with someone able to make curtains. I rang up a friend of a friend but her sewing machine was playing up and then went into Skibbereen  on the recommendation of someone else but no luck. I guess I'll just have to wait until the new year now.

We bought a sonic rat scarer (!) and had a mooch around a very disappointing and frankly rather poncy exhibition - one huge white wall one teeny not terrifically inspiring painting and a few scattered installations.

And a lovely parcel arrived today containing two prints by Apothecary7 , another blipper whose work I much admire. Beautiful, and another trip to the framer's will be required. So many talented people out there.

And it's Abstract Thursday and a chance to let rip  - spotted in Skib and much fartnarkled. Thank you to youoregon1 for the inspiration behind the challenge.
