Christmas Carols

This Helleborus 'Christmas Carol' was on display outside Waitrose today.  I have to say I didn't notice any Christmas muzak blaring out when I went inside to shop.  Sainsbury's, though, have had festive music playing for at least the last couple of weeks already.  I overheard one of their assistants saying that, although it was lovely at first, they played the same tunes over and over again and that she would be heartily sick of it by Christmas Day.

Bah humbug!
