Seed Head

I woke early this morning and the wind was already blowing strongly and it has continued all day with showers of rain. When I look to the mountains, it looks as if it could be snowing up there.

My blip may look like it was taken outside on a nice sunny day but no such luck. This is a grass seed I found the other day. I blue-tacked it to the TV cabinet and placed a blue patterned piece of my scrap booking paper behind it. 

I don't get the same satisfaction from taking a rigged shot like this - do others?
