Familiar

Tomorrow we move E's Mum from Oxford to a care home in Malvern.  It's been a difficult and emotional time for all concerned and a lot of hopes are resting on this being a way forward.

As part of the preamble to all this a few carloads of Oxford have been brought over and a few items have found new, if maybe temporary, homes.  

This fellow is known as Elimelech and traditionally has a tinsel skipping rope at this time of year.

Appropriately enough, the adjacent wooden sweet jar is from my Mum's house.
