Ipoh High Court

Day 2 of Courts of Malaysia.

I was robed as an advocate and solicitor and called to the bar in this courtroom. It's part of the old wing that was just opened again for use as I was reading in chambers, only because of an eccentric judge who insisted on using it instead of the new block.

There's been much change in the 5 years I've been away, all the courtrooms are being used, new and old, they've renamed them too (this used to be courtroom 2, it's now 1) and it's decked with electronics.

It's good to be home.
