Hats Off Blossom

This wonderful eucalyptus blossom has just popped off its red cap. I love the way they're packed in under there.

The local galahs are constantly feasting on these and will drop little clumps of flowers on the ground, lucky me to find one with all stages of the process of popping on it! ;o)
