Still off

All the surrounding wind turbines are still not turning, and therefore not generating... we've no idea what the problem is but we're making the most of it. We'd forgotten what it was like at the Mas before the turbines came but the past 24 hours have reminded us - peace and quiet, a dark night with no flashing lights and no shadow flicker this morning. Of course they will be turned back on, and it could already have happened while we've been here in the village this morning... but fingers crossed!

Over the past few days we've thought we kept getting a whiff of smoke, and there was one day when the sky was very dark with the sun a dull orange. It must have been due to the huge fire around Valencia which is still not under control. Our thoughts are with the firemen and the local residents, hoping they keep safe.
