Vipers bugloss - Echium vulgare

I took a quiet wander down by the river to clear my head from Christmas preparations, the Vipers bugloss were stunning.

I'm unable to keep up with blip and seemed to have lost my way here at present, hopefully the New Year will set me on the right track.
