Market Scale #15

Our kids needed to visit the market for various purchases, so I was able to photograph a number of market scales to add to my series. The one shown here was at the carnitas stand, a must stop for them, and different than the typically pan variety so prevalent in our market. Looks to be very accurate, though I'm not sure exactly why as they sell carnitas mostly by the kilo. I guess they don't want to give away even a fraction of a kilo of this delicious meat.
