A Gaggle/Skein

I learned something new today! A Gaggle is a flock of geese that's not in flight, and to be termed a "gaggle" there has to be 5 or more geese on the ground! If the geese are in flight, then they become a "skein"! So today's photo is a "Gaggle/Skein", since there are at least 5 still on the ground but lots more in flight!
 It's so mild out today that we went for a walk on the beach, and there were so many geese around that we had no choice but to walk through them, which caused them to take off, & gave me some nice shots! They all flew out and landed in the Lake until we got far enough away that we weren't bothering them any longer & then they came back on dry land! I put a couple more in the extras--another of a group in flight, landing in the water & then just floating about! Lots of gulls out in the water as well, just beyond the geese.  Hope you're all having a great weekend! :)
