Derelict Sunday - Derelict Drains!!

Every time we have a heavy downpour a large puddle forms on the main road near our street - it spills right over onto the pavement (sidewalk for those in N America). Woe betide you if you're navigating it when a car or bus ploughs through the puddle!! Anyway I rather liked the reflections in the puddle this morning.

Why Derelict Sunday? - well there IS a drain at this point in the road and the drain cleaning waggon had (yet another) go at it just last week. But it hasn't worked. The pipework under the road must be pretty derelict!

I hope this can qualify for the challenge - but I admit it's a bit contrived so I won't mind if it gets disqualified :)
