Busy mouse

"Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse."
So says the traditional Christmas Eve poem by Clement Clarke Moore.

Except, that is, for the one lurking in the cupboard under the stairs, that has been making a nest out of the stored Christmas wrapping paper!

The ducks on the village pond were all tucked up for the night, though, when I went past this evening.
