Kids making Christmas dinner? A wonder, indeed!

My eldest had been asking for baked ham for Christmas for a few years. So this year? I presented him with a vacuum packed Ham and a recipe. He absolutely rose to the challenge,whilst his sister wad inspired to make the trifle and the youngest made a greek salad.
All contributions were celebrated and consumed with gusto.
What did I do? Truly, the list is too long and self serving, but I did manage a bonus nap on the sofa. After the Christmas lead up, the late ending to midnight mass and scramble to complete a sermon for this morning, the nap was inevitable!
