Trapped in Traffic

This is a new(ish) pedestrian bridge joining part of the Northumbria Uni campus to the city centre and it's a bit of a "desperation blip" so all of the blurry-wobble-motion thing is thanks to grabbing a quick shot while the car was stationary.
It reminded me of something vaguely electrical maybe experiencing a lightning bolt?

I hate being trapped in traffic but had been at Newcastle Uni during the afternoon helping out with a schools chemistry quiz followed by a coffee with a friend, which meant I was back on the road just after 5. Lethal. I'd so much have preferred to see another pal for an hour and travel home later but today just wasn't the right day. Hey ho.
