Downpour

This morning I managed another run - aiming to go every second day - added another kilometre today, so quite pleased, although legs are quite stiff!

Popped over to Silverburn for a coffee and a nose around the shops. It was actually quite warm over there, and there was even sunshine and blue skies to be seen.

Lulled into a false sense of security, the BBQ went on to cook some burgers and all was going well until, the heavens opened, leaving me standing at the BBQ with an umbrella. It was worth it though, despite having to do a full change of clothes before tea!

After the thunder and lightening, I noticed the front garden was gradually disappearing. Hope the plants survive.

Off to clear the dining room as the plasterer is coming tomorrow.....
