I like you, I lick you

Sometimes, when my son gets over-excited and a bit hyper, most of the time Mr. Cat licks him profusely, just like older cats do with kittens sometimes when they get all playful, I think it's a way of trying to calm them down?

It does actually work for about 3 minutes but we try not to think about where else Mr. Cat's tongue has been because that would surely ruin the moment.
