A Whooper

I always stop by the loch in the winter months to check if the Whooper Swans have arrived for their winter vacation from their native Iceland. 

They must be noticing a difference in the weather this year with higher temperatures and more rain.  I remember photographing them struggling to find water in amongst the ice.
