Arran from the Ayrshire coast

I never cease to be amazed how Arran seems to follow us as we drive home from Ayr up the main road. I know it's to do with the curve of the coast at this point, but the effect is fairly uncanny. This snatched view from the car was all I had time for as we whizzed home after a Ruby Wedding celebration in Alloway.
