Newtown Facilities

Spotted this Newtown Lavotory while out wandering at lunch time. It struck me as being an odd thing to keep on your doorstep - what was even odder was the fact that it appears to be engaged (as indicated by the 'red' status next to the lock).
You'd imagine that the folks in the Newtown would be a bit more selective about what they keep on their doorstep. Perhaps the residents had a problem with weak-bladdered inebriates (due to the proximity to a number of drinking spots) and decided to supply a recepticle to prevent unwanted peeing on their doors.
