Some quick snaps before we left. I make no apologies for having these two up again, we only see them a few times a year and blipping is the best way to record them.

The extra has just been texted over to me from Townsville, wee Lexi with the slogan "Lexi hanging out on the couch". What a sweetheart and how I miss her :(

We are now back in Wellington, and the sun continues to shine, amazing warm weather.

We had to be out of our house around ten o'clock, there was enough time for tennis and a walk for Doug and I then started the drive back to Wellington. We stopped for a coffee at a cafe on the Rumataka's, where we totally cooked on their terrace and didn't linger to long.

On the home front, some outdoor activities, but Nana couldn't hack the heat so we all came indoors and have just finished a game of Yahtzee.

Thanks for continuing to drop in to my journal when I've been Internet-less, but I'm back on line now so will endeavour to catch up over the coming days.
