Trow Gill

I decided to get away for a few days in the Yorkshire Dales. One of my favourite walks and photo locations is Ingleborough, taking the Clapdale route up onto the Allotment, past Gaping Gill Hole and on to the summit of Ingleborough. This is the view down Trow Gill, a dry ravine that was probably once a massive cave passage. The extras are of the Clapdale track and distant views of Whernside.
