First visitors

Our new bird feeding station put up yesterday, and today had it's first guests. About 6 starlings suddenly flew down all at once.
By the time I had reached for my camera these two were the only ones left., and you can see one flying away..
We had two collard doves and a great tit later this afternoon.
So I suppose that is quite a good start.

It has been a very misserable dull day, but we are fortunate that " Frank" has passed us by.

I was cheered up this afternoon watching a film  based around 13 Proclaimer's songs, called Sunshine on Leith.
Very lighthearted, but great music and scenes of Edinburgh.
Just what I needed on this dull day.
