Day 210: - On The Beach

We took the dog for a run on the beach - it was blustery and blowy - a perfect way to clear the fug from our brains.

I didn't take many photos as I'd rather watch the dog have the time of her life - I did take a few of my ever willing subject though, then mucked about with them in Silver Efex - this was my favourite - I wonder what she was thinking.
