Arundel

We left Winchester, where we'd spent the night, after a hearty breakfast and headed for Arundel, via Chesil Beach. 

I was really impressed with the little town and, of course, the castle. We almost gate crashed a wedding at the Cathedral, and wandered around the little St Nicholas church. Then a coffee at a cafe before heading back to Mum and Dad's in Ashtead.

We had a quiet night in and a good night's sleep.
