SUNNYSIDE UP

Though there was no sign of sunshine outside today.

The next minute I had to flip these over and cook them until they were hard right through because that's the only way I can eat eggs of any sort... except for raw cake mixture (which is from a parallel universe and doesn't count as eggs) though apparently I have to avoid that too for the next few months. :-(
