Ferry arriving at Craignure, Isle of Mull

A dreich day. Very windy and pouring rain.  We had a short walk at Craignure, watching the ferry come and go.  Then a visit to Duart Castle, the home of the Clan MacLean.  It is covered in scaffolding at the moment, so not great for photos.

We are getting used to the single track roads on the island.  Quite stressful really, the one to the Castle is particularly narrow and winding.

We found a new bird hide in the woods at Fishnish.  Hoped to spot otters here, but no luck today.  We did see several oyster catchers and three herons.
