Mull Eagle Watch

We went in search of Sea Eagles. The RSPB have a hide in Glen Seilisdeir, and we were rewarded with views of a 12 week old bird with its mother, still on the nest.  Lots of wing flapping, just about to fledge.  This is the carved bench at the RSPB hide.

We then drove along the narrowest of roads, right beside the cliffs and sea to Loch Ba.  I really don't like these roads.  A walk in the rain, and we saw several eagles hovering over the Loch, and then a skirmish in the sky and lots of squawking. These are huge birds, very special to see them.
