I was scrolling through my year ago blips last night, and noticed that I'd seen a Large Skipper on July 2nd last year. In between thunder storms, it was warm as I arrived home this evening, and on cue a Large Skipper flew off the moor into the garden, the first of the year. The Ringlets will be next.
