The journey home...

Backblipping again to catch up!

After our lovely stay with friends in the Cotswolds, today it was time to come home and so return to normal everyday life after a great festive season.  Our journey home does, of course, include a good stretch on the M25 which usually brings a number of problems and today was no exception!   Heavy driving rain brought hazardous conditions and with it the inevitable accidents.  Fortunately this was just a minor collision, fairly quickly cleared off the road and causing relatively short delays.

I'm returning home to a stack of  work of the paid  variety plus the prospect of the builders in for the next month for our latest project - more of that another day:  I just might be able to work it into this week's Mono Monday images, themed  'beginning(s)'!  Wish me luck please!
