Beginnings

I'm told 100,000 passengers pass through this station every day.
Those that work in the developing business area south of the river had a new beginning today when a new entrance was opened to the public for the first time.
It will cut five minutes off travel time for each journey. It is estimated 20,000 a day will use it.
The other benefit will be to relieve congestion at the exit ticket gates in the old part of the station.
When l visited today the morning rush hour was over and l was able to take my time and investigate the new exit and surroundings which enabled me to eye up some future blips.
