Mono Monday - Beginning

New year and back to babysitting duties today. Left home before 7 a.m. and the A1 was clear all the way down - for a change.

Jessica has gone for her nap so I am taking the opportunity to do my photo - the beginning of my tape measure.

I came prepared with my tape, black background sheet and my gorillapod...which was a little bouncy on a flat surface with my SLR and macro lens on. Still, I made use of the 10 second timer to keep shake to a minimum.
