'Tis the season

The calm before the storm that is Christmas Eve. The scene is set and there is a mince pie & little glass of sherry out for Santa and a carrot for the reindeer. The magic reindeer food was sprinkled on the lawn earlier just after we'd been sky watching to see if we could see Santa's sleigh in the far far distance making its way around the world. I am trying to imprint every second of these memories into my internal hard drive as I get told by everyone that they don't last long.
