Bring us some figgy pudding

Merry Christmas!

There was much unwrapping of presents. Chocolate eating is compulsory before breakfast in our house as is the dog opening her own presents. Dinner was cooked and shared with my bestie, her mum, her daughter and us and the afternoon was spent playing with the toys and puzzles bought for the kids.

The cake pictured is one I prepared earlier as an alternative to traditional pudding. Went down nicely with an afternoon cuppa.
