The benefits of this include a reduced intake of sugar and a Miniman deep in concentration. The downside is that it plays fairground music that speeds up as you near the end of your allocated time. I have quickly discovered that if its placed on carpet the sound is muffled to an acceptable volume. I've also worked out which sweets are the most difficult to extract!
