A Chilly Walk!

We went out for a walk before the sun set. As always the combination of new snow and sun was lovely and shadows add an element of interest. On the right you see a boatyard with one boat left in the sea for the winter. That’s quite an unusual sight!
This far in from the open water the sea is well frozen.
It was cold, around minus 20°C, so we were well wrapped up in many layers. Taking photographs tended to be done fairly quickly so the gloves were only off for a short time!
I've a few backblips to add in from the New Year so I'm taking one a day which means I should be up-to-date by the 9 January, a couple of days before the fateful meeting about Blipfoto's future!  Today backblip is of the winter mountains, from the 31 December.
