Now that is a strange sky!

Travelling South from Castleton we  ran into fog, then snow and sleet, which was with us over the moor, and a couple of inches deep on the road, and then we could see a band of oddly coloured light on the horizon, by the time we began the descent into Hutton Le Hole, the snow and sleet had stopped, fog was nearly gone (except in the hollows) and the sky was this odd almost orange colour.
To give you some idea of how  high the Moor is, that black cloud at the top of the image is actually the base of the Fog we were driving through on Blakey Ridge!
