Leaf Us Alone

The quince at the bottom of the garden (pictured yesterday) was the last tree to lose it's leaves. They finally went in the strong winds we had recently; actually most of them went, one or two are hanging on at the top of the tree.

I had a lazy day, as is deserving for a retired gentleman, I sat with a coffee, laced with Christmas cheer, this morning and read the paper after tidying up, then after lunch I walked into town and met Ann for a coffee, Costa this time for a change.

Finally home for a sit down and a bit of Hopman Cup tennis. Life can be good sometimes!
